The main two documents to be used as investment proof in general

Option 1 Bank Book

Option 2 Online Banking

The proof needs to include following information:
1. Name of the bank and its branch, recipient’s account name and number
2. Deposit history: the date of the deposit and deposited amount

Please note that the name of the remitter is not mandatory information, as long as the date and the amount of the deposited/wired money are recorded.

Documents that may NOT be acceptable:

  • Bank balance: It is not adequate to prove that you have enough money to invest in your bank balance.
  • Proof of remittance that is provided by the remitter.
It needs to be provided by the recipient.
  • Any editable data for example, Excel data of itemized account statements.
It’s viable if it’s in PDF format.
